Total Vitality is a premier in-home personal training service that takes the guesswork out of fitness, offering personalized coaching to help clients lose weight, build muscle, and achieve lasting results. RDG was brought on to develop a compelling brand identity and website that would appeal to a diverse clientele, all united by a common goal—becoming the best version of themselves through Total Vitality.

Our challenge was to refine Total Vitality’s brand messaging to clearly communicate its unique value—helping clients shift their mindset and achieve lifelong fitness success. We needed to emphasize the program’s effectiveness, positioning it as the last fitness solution clients would ever need.
