Project Overview

Aquila Development Group (ADG) specializes in designing and building custom luxury homes in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Founder and lead architect Danny Kay approached RDG with a clear vision—to elevate ADG’s branding to match the exceptional craftsmanship and prestige of the homes they create.

Seeking a refined and sophisticated identity, Danny entrusted us with redesigning ADG’s existing brand. The goal was to develop a logo and visual system that reflected the quality, attention to detail, and high value associated with his custom-built residences.

Challenges
A key challenge in this project was crafting a brand identity that was both instantly recognizable and versatile across multiple applications. The logo needed to maintain its strength and clarity whether displayed in its full written form or as its abbreviated mark. Balancing elegance with functionality, we iterated through multiple design directions to ensure ADG’s identity could stand alone in any scenario while reflecting the high level of craftsmanship synonymous with the brand.
